4. What annoys or irritates me?
Confusion, lying, deceptive people with secret agendas, game-players, people that seek to destroy, tear down others, jealousy, envy and strife. I love helping people and I hate seeing people mistreated, hurt and abused, especially in the church.
5. If you could change anything in the local church, what would you change?
Woe to the pastors that are scattering my sheep! I would change the scattering of God's sheep, by rooting out, pulling down, destroying and throwing down, to build and to plant, Jeremiah 1:10 and by the preaching and teaching of God's word straight from the bible...not my words...and certainly not words that tickle ears...saying what people want to hear but expounding on God's words, and speaking forth the words that God has placed in my mouth. Words that will bring forth healing; words that will convict, piercing the heart to bring forth a true change...a spirit of repentance.... true repentance...a 360 degree turn to God...a spirit of humility.
2 Chronicles 7:14, If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
I would show more love, more grace and I would extend more mercy and more forgiveness because that's exactly what Jesus did for me. Thank You Jesus! I would help change the way that church folks look down on other people because they are not dressed nice, or their clothes are dirty...or they are in adulterous relationships, are alcoholics, drug addicts or prostitutes...for those are the very folks that Jesus died on the cross for...no one is exempt but all to often...church folks...forget where they have come from and that troubles me deeply. I would make everyone feel welcomed and greet them with a smile. I would help change the way...so many wounded souls are turned away, mistreated, misunderstood and misrepresented in the church.
I would help change the ignorance of the people by pulling down the strongholds, by teaching, exposing the works of the enemy and the manifestation of sin in their lives through the result of heart conditions, blood line and generational curses, my people perish for lack of knowledge. I would help educate the Body of Christ about spiritual warfare and how to root out, pull down, destroy, and throw down, every vestige of slavery that keeps them from the knowledge of God, so that together we can help build and plant using God's word in Christian love and unity. I would help change the way our youth are overlooked and implement more programs to meet their needs and welcome their ideas and suggestions.

I will use the following questions to cross the bridge and elaborate on what burns in me the most for doing the work of the ministry:
1. What Do I Love?
I love helping, encouraging, motivating, edifying, encouraging, teaching and building up people.
2. What Do I hate?
I don't like seeing people mistreated, used or abused in any form physically and/or spiritually and when it comes to babes in Christ, I am very passionate about my dislike of false prophets/teachers, etc, that have contributed to the large number of wounded believers within the Body of Christ that are leading God's people astray and taking advantage of them.
3. What makes me cry?
Feeling God's pain! The Heart Condition of the Body of Christ. Brokenness, being hurt, seeing others hurt and abused, emotionally, mentally, physically, physiologically, sexually and spiritually abused...especially the widows, the poor, the needy, the orphans, the fatherless for these are the very things that are on God's heart.
