Prayer Room Faith Ministries of Deliverance is a unique ministry of deliverance through prayer that is ministering to the poor, the downtrodden, healing the brokenhearted and waging war against spiritual, physical and emotional strongholds in the lives of those made captive.
In addition to the prayer line, the primary focus of the ministry is to visit private homes, nursing homes and hospitals to share a word of encouragement with the sick, the shut-in, shut-out and those that are shut-off.
During these visitations, Bishop & Evangelist Napper minister to the residents, patients and family members through, anointed praise & worship, prayer, the preached word, they serve communion and they distribute God's love in an extraordinary way!
God has blessed Bishop Napper with a dynamic way of counseling people through the Word of God and prayer. Bishop has witnessed many miracles, one them happened in the OBIC Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia; when he walked in the room to pray, this man seemed to be completed dead and was hooked up to all kinds of machines to keep him alive. Bishop did not know how to pray or what to pray for and at that moment God spoke into his spirit and said, "just lift up both hands, I will do the rest" that was on a Saturday.
On that Sunday during a nursing home visit, one of the dead man's relatives was there visiting another family and another relative walked into the room and said that this dead relative came alive overnight and was placed in the Intensive Care Unit. Yes, it was a miracle!
Within three days, this man was placed in a private room and four days later the hospital sent home...and this is good place for the song, "I know what prayer can do!" This man was home on bedrest for three months, until God took him home. Bishop had the privilege to eulogize the funeral and at the grave side this man's entire family had blue and white balloons and before they let him down in the grave, they released the balloons, it was the most awesome thing, I had ever seen! To God be the glory!
Revival time does come Bishop Napper's way, periodically and God blesses each time, through the preached word and the prayer line! To God be the glory!

Bishop James E. Napper,
is the founder of "Prayer Room Faith Ministries of Deliverance," his wife, Evangelist Inez Napper is the co-founder. The ministry started in 1979 in South Philadelphia; as a prayer line and God blessed the prayer line from 1979 to 2003.
God spoke to Bishop Napper in 2003 to change the "prayer line" to "Prayer Room Faith Ministries of Deliverance". God blessed this ministry to serve North & South Carolina, Georgia, Wisconsion, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Canada and the list is growing...
